If you wake up each day delaying the start, how do you show up the rest of the day? Likely, continuing to put things off. Oftentimes, we procrastinate on things that make us uncomfortable – going to the gym, having a conversation that needs dealt with and ignoring our ever growing to-do list.
If you’re ready to make a change, this time for real, start by setting your intentions for the next day the night before. Then, follow that with starting the day by filling up your own cup. That may include morning exercise, or reading, or whatever brings you joy. The key is, start your day with something that excites you and watch the momentum build.
