Shifting Negative Narratives
Olivia Haize joined me to share how you can start shifting negative narratives. This is something we can all relate to. A limiting belief such as I’m not good enough, I can’t, I’m too old, I’m too young, I’m not capable etc. are all negative narratives that are ultimately holding you back.
Cleanse your old beliefs
To begin, Olivia shares the importance of cleansing yourself of past beliefs there are damaging and not true. Anytime you doubt yourself, lack confidence or beat yourself up, you’re falling prey to negative narratives. Instead, realize you’re worth more and ditch your old way of thinking.
You may be asking, “Where do I even begin?!” We touch on how you can begin with shifting paradigms. Simply stated, a paradigm is a model or framework you’ve created based on your patterns and habits. Just like you created a negative narrative paradigm, you can create a positive foundation on which to build your life from.
Validate your worth
It all starts within. You can begin this process with self love and validating your worth. Each day, choose to implement consistent habits uplifting your internal narratives. Who do you want to be? What do you want to have? Create clarity and intention and your whole world will begin to shift.
