If You’re Feeling Stuck – Do This!
It is time to live your best life and today I’m sharing: if you’re feeling stuck – do this! Wherever you’re currently at in your health, finances, relationships and more – you created from past thought. In order to get from where you are, to where you want to be, you have to think and act differently.
Become conscious of the unconscious
To begin, everything in life stems from a thought. Once you become conscious of your unconscious thoughts, you can take your power back. When you become the observer, you become aware of your thoughts and then have the ability to pull the weeds and plant new seeds. Whatever thought you think, you will experience.
When you take responsibility you can then begin a new path. Get clear on what it is you do want and then, focus your thoughts and energy in that direction. Your thoughts create your emotions which lead to the actions, or inactions you take and ultimately your results. Don’t like where you’re at? Trace it back to your original thought, and then choose again.
Redirect your thoughts
The next time you feel stuck in a rut, become aware of your thoughts and feelings and redirect them. It’s easy to get stuck in a negative feedback loop and it creates a vicious cycle. Instead, be intentional with your thoughts so you create better emotions, take consistent action and ultimately end up with different results.
