There are a variety – not enough, not worthy, not capable, but they all lead to one thing – a tiny gremlin living in your mindset keeping you playing small.

Create a new reality

You’re better than that. You are whole and perfect just as you are. It’s the years of conditioning of these limiting beliefs that are getting in your way. Now is the best time to get started to shift your mindset and beliefs if you want to create a new reality.

Beliefs are simply thoughts you keep thinking. If limiting beliefs can be powerful enough to hold you back, can you imagine what empowering beliefs could do?! I speak often about mindset and a great way to get started and build a new foundation is to pull the weeds and plant new seeds.

First step is awareness

When it comes to replacing limiting beliefs, you first have to know what negative thoughts you have on repeat. Once you’re aware, you can begin to make a conscious effort to make changes. Affirmations are a great way to get started but you need more than just a positive statement.

In addition to affirmations, you have to create emotion and feeling behind your new beliefs. By creating true belief with emotion you will begin to create new neural pathways. Thoughts that fire together, wire together. This will take conscious effort and something to begin doing on a regular basis but change is possible!
