Laura Charelle, founder of Balanced Bombshells, joins me this week to enlighten women how to ditch PMS forever! Sounds too good to be true? It’s not.

I reached out to Laura after my own few months of battling severe PMS. I know I’m not alone and I wanted to shed light on the topic of hormones. If you haven’t experienced PMDD (premenstrual dysphoric disorder), you’re lucky. PMDD in short, is PMS on steroids. It’s severe irritability, depression and even feelings of anxiousness. 

There’s got to be a better way.

Laura spent 18 months testing and journaling her own cycles in order to help others. Her PMDD was affecting her work and especially her relationship. Even being health conscious, her monthly mood swings and food cravings were constantly derailing her.

The four common food cravings are sugar, chocolate, salt and carbs. Luckily, Laura figured out healthy alternatives in order to not ride this roller coaster and taking back control of her life.

Balanced Bombshells was started so that Laura could connect with and help other women suffering from their own PMS and PMDD. She’s dialed it in and is able to help her clients in just 2-3 cycles.  Once you learn how to be in tune with your body and understand your own cycle, you can ditch PMS forever!
