How to Create a Champion Mindset
Today I’m sharing with you how to create a Champion Mindset. I speak about mindset all of the time. In fact, my podcast is called Mind Over Matter. What I’ve come to experience and know is that having a champion mindset will make you versus break you.
What do you believe?
There are many steps in creating a champion mindset and as Henry Ford said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.” Your beliefs are thoughts you keep thinking. Do you believe you’re capable? Are you currently tapping into your full potential?
Build your mind muscle
By creating and embracing a champion mindset you won’t revert back to old routines of doubt, procrastination and the woulda, coulda, shouldas. Having a champion mindset is about letting fear fuel you, not rule you. Just like going to the gym and building muscle, your mind is a muscle.
To create a champion mindset, you have to commit to a regular routine. You have to create winning habits. For me, it’s about constantly feeding myself with inspiration, motivation and “I am” statements. Using daily affirmations engrains these thoughts into your subconscious mind. You become what you think about and speak about most.
Mind over matter
Tony Robbins teaches that anything in life is 80% psychology, 20% mechanics. You don’t have to be the smartest person in the room – you just have to be the most resourceful and able to tap into your potential. I know this from personal experience. I am uber resourceful and I am determined and have a strong will to succeed.
Pushing through resistance
Building a champion mindset means you won’t stop three feet from gold. A champion mindset will have you getting up more times than you fall down. Having a champion mindset will help you to push through resistance and keep going no matter the obstacles you face.
Creating a champion mindset is about stepping into your true potential. I know you are capable. Now it’s time for you to know too.
