Creating Your Optimal Life

Jordan Benjamin joined me to share how to create your optimal life. Isn’t that something we all want?! He has developed and trains individuals and companies on how to optimize your operating system. Yes, not just for computers! I love his theory on how to upgrade your own hardware and create your optimal life.

Where it began

It began his freshman year of college where Jordan was first introduced to yoga. As a former athlete, he knew the outcomes when training muscles, but his lessons from meditation and yoga taught him more than he ever knew. He is on a mission to help others find joy, fulfillment and happiness – it’s an inside job.

Take the leap

After back to back layoffs, Jordan had a huge wake up call. He let go of partying which no longer served him and decided now was the time to take a huge leap. He realized, he had the power to create his own reality. Not only did he continue with various forms of meditation, his gratitude practice helped to change his perspective.

Each day Jordan chooses to wake up with the mantra “Today is a good day to have a good day”. Can you imagine what your life could be like with the same attitude? It’s about being intentional. Jordan shares how he sets goals or targets and then is able to align to get to the finish line. 

Awareness is the first step

Additionally, he emphasizes that you can create your own reality after you build awareness to create direction you want to go. Clarity is key and something I preach about. If you don’t know what you want, how will you ever get it? Once you know what you want and you take some sort of action in the direction you gain momentum to bring it to you. This is one of may ways to optimize your life!
