Mollie Brown joined me for this week’s podcast to share her insight on health and fitness around mindset. She shares how she overcame horrendous acne, chronic fatigue and constantly living on antibiotics. While creating healthier behaviors and staying active, it was her mindset that needed a major overhaul.

Stress and subconscious thoughts create dis-ease in the body. What you think about, you bring about. If you have low level thoughts, it’s guaranteed that you will have sickness or ailments. When you have a healthy mindset, a healthy body will follow. Outside circumstances can’t change an internal problem.
