Dr. Russell Proctor, commonly referred to as Dr. P was one of my college professors. I have complete admiration for him and his course on Interviewing is still to this day, the most beneficial course I took in college. It’s amazing how a decade later, I now get to interview guests from all different backgrounds on how they’ve created balance in their lives.
I reached out to Dr. P and asked him, what advice would he give to a college student today, or anyone for that matter on how to live a balanced life. He had one word: SLEEP.
