Become A Better You
Is 2021 the year you decide to become a better you?! New year resolutions have a bad rap – and most people fail EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Let this year be different. In order to become a better you, you have to take inventory of where you’re at, and where you want to go. Then, you have to commit and declare anything that doesn’t fit into this bigger, better version of you must go.
What’s holding you back?
To begin, write out (and be honest) what traits, habits and patterns are holding you back? Maybe it’s impatience, anger, playing small, procrastination, worry, self doubt, fear or more. Literally, write out everything you want to stop giving your power to. Then, on the flip side, write out traits, habits and how you can be consistent as this better version of you. Perhaps it’s being confident, compassionate, loving, focused and feeling grateful for all that you have.
Create a vision
This is where new year resolutions get tricky – you may have a big, hairy audacious goal, but without a vision or a road map, how will you ever get there? Focus on one day at a time. Is it time to implement a morning routine that you can actually stick to? Celebrate every win along the way and just focus on being 1% better every day. By the end of 2021 you will have conquered the old self and created a new self.
Embody a new you
It’s time to live your life feeling unstoppable and empowered. It’s time to be proud and feeling abundant. Let 2021 be the year you decide, commit and show up every day to become a better you. Show up with excited anticipation and embody this new you. Then, watch how quickly you become it!
