It’s officially the last month of 2017! Time seriously flies by. I just finished my 30 day Gratitude Challenge in which I posted each day something new I was grateful for. I do this nightly as I reflect on each day before falling asleep but it was fun sharing with you something new for that day.
Gratitude Challenge – bring this into your daily routine
Part of my daily morning routine is enjoying a healthy breakfast to start my day as well as journaling. I used to love writing as a young girl and decided it was time to bring that back into my routine!
As we enter the first full week of December and the last month for 2017, what are you focusing on? Is there anything left undone for 2017 you hoped to accomplish or are you already planning for the new year and items you’d like to manifest?
I love the power of vision boards. Not only do you get to be creative but you are setting intentions on what you want to bring into your life. I recently sat down and did my own vision board for 2018. This helps me to get my ideas onto paper and have direction and clarity for that which I want to experience or have.
Life is one big Adventure
Last week I ventured on the last leg of my West Coast road trip and saw the Hoover Dam, Zion National Park, Antelope Canyon and Bryce Canyon. I printed out a map of the western U.S. at the start of 2017 and plotted all of the destinations I wanted to see and also photograph. I finished my last stops and excited to plot out 2018!
As the holidays approach and busy schedules get even busier, remember this: take time out for you – as you nourish yourself you’re able to be more present for others. Enjoy the little things, for they are the big things!
