Your thoughts are powerful. What you think about, you bring about. If you’re focused on what you are lacking, you will continue to lack. But if you put your energy and focus into achieving what you desire, that is what you will get. I know how small shifts in your thinking can create big change.
Body: Creating healthy habits.
It’s time to make your health a priority. Daily movement is key. By fueling your body with a healthy diet and daily exercise, you will begin to experience amazing results and create momentum in moving forward. Nothing tastes as good as healthy looks and feels!
Spirit: Self-care is vital.
Feeding your soul is imperative. It can be as simple as reading a book, listening to motivating podcasts, venturing in nature, practicing yoga or daily meditation. It’s important to fill up your cup so you’re able to uplift and serve others.
Hi! I’m Heather Hakes.
For more than a decade, I felt like a hamster on a wheel as though every day was Groundhog Day. I had an intuitive nudge and a strong desire to be doing something I was passionate about. I wanted to wake up each day with freedom of my schedule while inspiring and empowering others.
I couldn’t fathom dreading Monday and cheering on Friday until I could retire. I knew there was so much more I was meant to be doing.
In 2017, I took a huge leap of faith by quitting my stable corporate job. I felt the fear and did it anyway. I didn’t know how, I just had faith that I’d figure it out along the way. And, guess what?! I’ve never looked back.
You don’t have to know the “how”, you just have to be willing to take the first step. The Universe always delivers and has your back.
Does this sound familiar? If so, you’re likely living life on auto-pilot. Stop living by default. If you allow self-doubt and fear to rule you, you’ll stay exactly where you are. Your subconscious limiting beliefs are holding you back.
But, there’s another way.
It didn’t happen overnight. Nothing good ever does.
It started in 2016, when I hired my first coach. Since then, I have read dozens of books, taken online courses and attended personal development seminars. I had to slow down and reflect and figure out what I really wanted. I had to look within.
Living inside of my comfort zone wasn’t it. I had to uncover my own limiting beliefs and then I developed tools and processes that allowed me to unleash my full potential. Living on my own terms, while teaching others is the exact freedom I had been seeking.
Now, I’m on a mission to inspire others, like you, who feel stuck, but dream of more. I will teach you how to feel the fear and do it anyway.
Lucky for you, you don’t have to spend years attending trainings, read dozens of books, or go to seminars like I did. I have done all of the leg work for you.
